In 2001, Ivomar embarked on her journey in coffee production when she left Bahia to settle in Minas Gerais. At that time, she was just another voice among the many harvest workers, but it was there, in the plantations, that her heart became enchanted with coffee beans, which would soon turn into a lasting passion. Today, with gratitude in her heart, Ivomar can say that she owns her own property, a testament to the journey she has traveled since those early days.

Água Doce petite estate, with its 7 hectares, has become the home and workplace of Ivomar and her family. Although they are not traditionally connected to coffee farming, each member has found their passion in the coffee fields, cultivating not only the beans but also the bonds that unite them. They are the first generation to dive into this universe, and each cup of coffee shared is a celebration of this new tradition they are building together. It's the fuel that drives them to face challenges with determination and gratitude.

The presence of Ivomar's daughter, Vanessa, has brought a new dimension to their journey. Vanessa not only helps with daily tasks but also brings with her a renewing energy, showing that the family is capable of overcoming any obstacle. For Ivomar, their culture is based on solid values: honesty, hard work, and a pursuit of quality.
